10 years of five stars for David Wilson Homes customer care

For the tenth year in a row, Solihull based David Wilson Homes Mercia and its outstanding Customer Care team are celebrating being awarded with the maximum five star rating.

David Wilson Homes has always prided itself on its high quality customer service, which has been recognised for another year by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

The national housebuilder treats its customers as a priority, which is why they provide customer support from the first visit to any of its developments.

After the property has been handed over for 20 weeks, the customer care team at David Wilson Homes Mercia head office take the lead from the Site Team in assuring customers have the best experience possible.

Michelle Tregortha, Customer Care Supervisor at David Wilson Homes Mercia, said,

“During the first 20 weeks after moving in, the Site, Sales and Customer Care teams keep in regular contact with our customers to ensure that the journey is starting well.

“Following the handover period, our New Home Care Team Co-Ordinators take responsibility for their own area and build rapport with their customers by visiting the developments and being a friendly service for our purchasers.”

Becoming the only major national housebuilder to be accredited as a five star builder for 10 years in a row doesn’t just require an outstanding customer service team, but a strong company as a whole.
