Retail Assist Welcomes Joshua Gallimore as their New Service Delivery Manager

Managed services and solutions company, Retail Assist, are delighted to announce that Joshua Gallimore has started as their new Service Delivery Manager.

In his new role, Joshua will be joining the Client Services team, providing dedicated service to three of their key clients.

Of his role, Joshua explains:

“Service delivery is a role in which you must be prepared for the unexpected, as you act as the conduit between many different avenues in the business. I act as an escalation point for my customers to ensure we are reacting to unexpected issues, whilst also working to proactively improve the ongoing service.”

Frances Thomas, Head of Client Services, says:

"Josh has a strong background in providing excellent service delivery, so I was delighted when he joined us. Having previously worked at a global coffee brand, Josh’s passion for service delivery and wealth of knowledge has been invaluable in the newly created, on-site position with the client.”

Joshua continues:

“I started out as an IT analyst for Xerox before working my way into a service role, where I fell in love with service delivery. I spent eight years with Xerox before transitioning over to a global coffee brand, where I spent three years as the Service Delivery Manager for the UK and France franchise estates, mainly working with vendors (such as Retail Assist!) and ensuring the best possible service was delivered to the stores. Having enjoyed working with Retail Assist for three years, I jumped at the opportunity to join their client services team as soon as I heard there was a position available!
